The Beautiful You

Endurance is in your nature, 

For years long, you have in you –

The tolerance and patience,

To take on different roles.

First, you were a daughter,

Smiled gorgeously all the time,

Being daddy's little princess -

You were loved and loved.

Second, you became a wife,

Showered love and concern on him,

Looked after his family, like your own,

You were loved and respected.

The third mask you put on was

That of a mother’s, and you nurtured

Your child – extensively and deeply,

You were loved and admired.

Dear Woman, you juggled

The ball, but finally caught it!

You knew all the way through, to

Balance personal and professional.

You have an inclination, yes, to be kind,

Caring, giving and forgiving. Yet,

You are not the weak one – for you know

What it is to be a Woman!

On the occasion of the International Women's Day (8th March), I wish all the women a celebration of the womanhood and the rising spirit to achieve. Also, I take this opportunity to thank all those men who have respected women and have supported them in all their hardships.
