Dearest,

I was thinking of you today,

of those winter nights in summer's May,

a blissful time which only in memories stays -

as I count the passing minutes and sinking days.

We had our positions in the wrong fight,

forgetting to admit that in love nothing is less right.

Yet, I stand before the mirror now -

in the bride's white all ready to take the vow,
