And with dimples he smiled...

Our eyes met in a hazy weather, while the sight of coffee stains in the book, and fragrance of coffee beans from the memory took strongly to the senses. A gush of emotions tended to flow within, and butterflies kept fluttering their little wings. He was not much of a hero to have the appeal of the Vikings, yet there was something magical in him for every time he spoke, words sounded like the skylark's melody. The pink in me was out when I blushed, the colour reflected a twinkle in his eyes.

Far too long had all this come, for we never spoke even once. But it was real in my imagination, and I was the master of my heart. The silent promises made, and glimpses of him stolen secretly were all that I had in my hands. The destinies bestowed no hopes nor disgust, yet I continued to dream about him. I knew that this was never going to become reality, but I didn't quit.

While enjoying the gentle zephyr under the lonely tree, and watching the little winged friends flying around, I was distracted. He was there, right before me, and I hadn't a word to say. Our eyes met once again, but now in a crystal clear view, and the world around us became obscure. Not a word of love exchanged, nor did the eyes blink, but the magic happened all of a sudden, and with dimples he smiled...

  1. Always look for words what to say when I read your updates. Even prose seems like poetry just flows. At the end of it I wonder oh no so short. I wish I there is more to read ...
